Congratulations to Thorn Airfield Lighting having achieved AS 4801 OHS certification and systems development to Federal Safety Commission (FSC) accreditation standards.

Following accreditation Thorn Airfield Lighting has been the successful tenderer for airfield upgrades in Townsville and the Northern Territory.

Thorn Airfield Lighting is the specialised division of the SAFEGATE Group for the design and manufacturing of Airfield Ground Lighting equipment to cover the needs of airports and heliports worldwide.

As part of the project, Thorn Airfield Lighting implemented the CS Intranet web based intranet to assist in the ongoing management of their system and to support continuous improvement activities.
